Kori Trek with Kapuche Lake itinerary:
This trek is a serene and off-the-beaten-path adventure in the Annapurna region of Nepal. Starting from the village of Tasa, the trail takes you to Kori Village (3,800m), a stunning viewpoint offering panoramic vistas of the Annapurna and Lamjung ranges, and then directly to Kapuche Lake (2,450m), one of Nepal’s lowest glacial lakes. Along the way, you’ll traverse lush forests, alpine meadows, and traditional Gurung villages like Sikles, immersing yourself in breathtaking landscapes and local culture. This moderate trek is perfect for nature enthusiasts seeking tranquility and unique Himalayan experiences.
Day 1: Drive from Pokhara to Sikles, and Hike to Tasa
Drive of 3hrs from Pokhara to Sikles by jeep and lunch there.After lunch we begins our trek to Tasa for 4hrs by crossing Modi river through suspension bridge. Tasa where we will stay night over there and continue our journey tommorow morning.
Day 2: Trek from Tasa to Kori.
The trek starts with a steady ascent through lush forests and rugged trails, gradually revealing breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Lamjung ranges. After a rewarding day of trekking, we’ll arrive at Kori, perched at 3,800 meters, offering spectacular mountain vistas. Witness a magical sunset over the Himalayas before spending the night in a tented camp or basic lodge at Kori
Day 3: Trek from Kori to Kapuche Lake (Lowest Glacier Lake).
After an early breakfast, we’ll trek directly from Kori to Kapuche Lake. The trail descends through high pastures and forests, leading us to the pristine turquoise lake, one of Nepal’s lowest glacial lakes. Surrounded by majestic peaks, this is a serene and awe-inspiring spot to explore and capture photos. Stay at a basic lodge near the lake for the night.
Day 4: Trek from Kapuche Lake (Lowest Glacier Lake) to Sikles.
We’ll leave Kapuche Lake and head towards Sikles, passing through dense forests and picturesque landscapes. Sikles, a traditional Gurung village, offers a warm welcome and a chance to experience local culture. We’ll stay overnight in a tea house or homestay.
Day 5: Drive back to Pokhara
We will end our journey and move towards the Pokhara after breakfast by the jeep/bus.

- Itinerary changes made due to safety concerns, illness, changes in government regulations, political unrest that results in strikes or other labor disputes, the moment, etc.

- Extra Supporter/porter to carry your luggage during the trekking.
