Amazing view of Himalayas and Pokhara Valley. Hike through dense forest to get a glimpse of wildlife. Shanti stupa itself is marvelous, also known as world peace stupa, built by the Japanese as a symbol of peace. It is 7-10 km which takes 4-5 hours. World Peace Pagoda Pokhara is situated atop a hill right above the famous Phewa Lake. The temple offers a great place to see the sunset over Pokhara and beautiful views of Annapurna and Fishtail. You’ll be enchanted by the stunning 360-degree view of the Pokhara Valley, Himalayan Mountains and the Phewa Lake.

Starting and Ending Point: Damside/Lakeside.
Maximum walking: 4-5 hours
Transportation: Private transportation/Boat

Itinerary:

07:45 am: Pickup from Hotel. We will take a drive about 15 min to Damside area.
08:00 am: Start our hike from Damside to Shanti Stupa through the forest which will take about 2 hours.
10:00 am: After reaching the top, we will have lunch there, roam around and enjoy the view.
1:30 pm: After lunch, hike down from a different trail towards the lake which will take about 1 hour and cross the lake on a boat.
03:00 pm: Drop back to the Hotel.
